I started the day doing flow and stretch with GRO Wellness🧘‍♀️ And then I smashed out an additional 450 kcal doing a Lower body and core workout! I gave myself 11 exercises 🖤 I worked for 45 seconds and rested between each exercise for 20 seconds. I had 3 rounds and rested for a minute between each round! I’m pushing myself a lot today to stay motivated during this time but we need to keep pushing ourselves to achieve great things 🖤 Note to self: puppy’s don’t mix well with workouts 🤣

Je dois l’avouer... je suis vraiment fière de mon début de programme de 6 semaines 🤪⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ C’est seulement 5 entraînements par semaine... 2 jours OFF au choix, 3 jours de 🥊 𝐁𝐎𝐗𝐄 🥊 en alternance avec 2 jours de 💪 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐂𝐔 💪 donc... un 5 jours par semaine où je me botte solidement les fesses🙊 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Je mange de bons repas mais je me gâte aussi ET... je me sens bien! Moi qui ai zéro force dans les bras... je suis fière de pouvoir soulever des 10lbs connaissant l'état de mon dos!💪🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ De plus, j'ai appris au fil de mes entraînements à avoir une meilleure posture pour ne pas me blesser et aggraver ma pathologie. C'est en m'entraînant régulièrement que je m'améliore et que je repousse le plus loin possible tout blocage de dos... je touche du bois en tout cas haha!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Je termine aujourd'hui la 3e semaine! DÉJÀ! J'en suis à la moitié et je n'ai pas vu le temps passer pour vrai! Entre les bras et les jambes... je ne sais pas ce qui travaille le plus mais je sais que je n'ai jamais été aussi en forme! Je le suis plus à 40 qu'à 30 ans... cherchez l'erreur!!! 😅⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Par contre, je n’ai pas toujours eu une constance dans ce mode de vie... LOIN DE LÀ ! 😳 Mais je peux dire maintenant que je connais les trucs pour ne pas dévier de ma trajectoire✌🏼 Et je suis là pour l’enseigner aux femmes qui, comme je l’étais, commencent et s'arrêtent 2 semaines plus tard parce qu'elles ne voient pas de résultats apparents immédiats.
