The struggle is real for us tall guys to put on muscle mass (we always look skinny with clothes on, not by choice but just because our mass is spread across a bigger/taller overall body), and I am not exactly where I want to be, but I am still grateful for the JOURNEY and I know in my heart that I’m headed in the right direction.
Me and my big ol ’size 14 feet gon’ keep stomping 🦶🏼🦶🏼 One of the best things that we can do is make sure that we our happy with ourselves by thinking the thoughts and taking the actions that make us happy. I am happy with myself and I wish the same for you. Use this power to your benefit. It’s the law of attraction, but you must remember the law of GOYA aka the law of get off your ass aka the law of ACTION. This will separate you from the crowd.
We are more powerful than we have been lead to believe but we must harness the power within. We can start by consciously choosing to CONSISTENTLY control our thoughts while staying focused on whatever endeavor we are choosing to accomplish. All while taking CONSISTENT positive action that supports our journey to achieving our goals.
